Cancellation Policy
What happens when a booking is cancelled.
Placeholder — pending legal review. This document is a starting draft written for clarity, not legal advice. Have a qualified Nigerian lawyer review and replace it before launch.
Customer cancellations
You may cancel free of charge before the professional is on the way. After arrival, a call-out charge from the accepted quote may apply.
Professional cancellations
Professionals should cancel as early as possible with a reason. Repeated late cancellations affect ranking and may lead to suspension.
No-shows
If either party does not attend at the agreed time, the other can raise a dispute for review.
