Eligible refunds
Refunds may be issued where a job was paid for but not performed, or where a dispute is resolved in the customer's favour.
How refunds are made
Refunds are returned through the original payment method by the payment provider. Timelines depend on your bank.
Partial refunds
Where part of the work was completed, a partial refund may be agreed or decided through the dispute process.
