Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the marketplace as a customer.
1. The marketplace
ServiceLink NG is a marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals. We do not perform the services ourselves and are not a party to the agreement between you and a professional.
2. Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your login secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. Accounts may be suspended for abuse, fraud or unsafe behaviour.
3. Bookings and quotes
Professionals set their own prices and send itemised quotes. A booking is created only when you accept a quote. Agree the scope before work starts.
4. Payments and commission
Prices are in Naira. A platform commission is deducted from the professional's earnings on completed jobs. Payment processing is handled by a licensed payment provider.
5. Conduct
Do not harass professionals, post false reviews, or arrange payments off-platform to avoid commission or protections.
6. Liability
Verification checks identity and business details only — it is not a guarantee of workmanship. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.
